The program will begin with a warm reception and social hour followed by introductions of ATA’s Executive Committee. Then, Telugu people who have distinguished themselves in various fields by their extraordinary accomplishments will be honored with the prestigious ATA awards.

Entire banquet hall is divided into three segments, 1. VIPS 2. Sponsors/Donors 3. ATA Members/Registrants. The security team is strictly instructioned to restrict movement around the hall especially from one segment to another, all committees are requested to make arrangements with ADHOC Committee if they have any special needs or requests.
Seating is based on first come first served within the segments, holding seats for the guests who are not present at the time seating will not be allowed. Those who want to sit together are encouraged to arrive and seat together.
Banquet committee requests all the guests to cooperate with the security team and volunteers during the event for the making this event a huge success.
