Yes, a participant may submit multiple entries. Separate registration is needed.
No, you will have to perform a different act on each round from the same category. For example, if you choose to present a violin recital for one round, then you still have to submit violin recitals but different pieces for other round.
Yes, all acts should be of a maximum 5 minutes in length.
ATA membership is (not) required to participate in the competition.
Free Entry For Applicants
All the talents, such as Dubmash, Instrumental recitals, Short films, Mimicry, Stand-up comedy, Magic, Ekapatraibhinayams, Ventriloquism etc., are included. Only singing and dancing are not included in ATA’s GOT TALENT. There is a separate competition named SYE ATA for the same.
Yes, participants may submit their entries online for the initial round on or before May31ST. Upon the review of all the entries in the initial round by a panel of experienced judges andpublic polling selected performers will be requested to compete again for Semifinals. Semifinals will take place during the ATA conference in Chicago July 1ST – 3RD. Three finalists from each category will be selected from the semifinals and compete. The finalist from each solo and group category will be presented as the winner of “STAR of ATA’s Got Talent”
No all acts will be judged live during the Semifinals. However, some acts can be given specific consideration depending on the acts.
Finals are scheduled to be during the ATA Conference from July 1ST – 3RD, 2016 in Chicago.
All the winners who will be participating in the Semifinals will be given free entry to conference. Family members however will have to register for the regular conference prices.
The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the contestant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at his/her own risk and can have no claim against ATA/ATA’s GOT TALENT in any regard.
Applicants must agree to abide by all the rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers. ATA’s GOT TALENT Organizers or ATA is not responsible for the promises (such as recognition and awards by celebrities) as things might change on the fly and might go beyond our control.
To encourage members of Telugu origin and culture, we would like to have majority of the Telugu members participating in these competitions. For solo acts, participant has to be of Telugu origin. For group acts, we would allow 1 or 2 non Telugu origin members in the group, if the group size is more than 6.
